SUPERVISOR - HYDROGEN (H2) BUS OPERATIONS

Job Description

1) Oversee daily hydrogen bus operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely services.

2) Manage and monitor bus drivers’ performance, attendance, and compliance.

3) Prepare duty rosters and ensure manpower coverage.
Inspect buses for readiness, cleanliness, and safety.

4) Liaise with maintenance teams for defects and breakdowns.

5) Ensure compliance with JPJ/LPKP Sarawak regulations and company SOPs.

6) Handle incidents, complaints, and emergencies.

7) Conduct route checks and prepare operational reports.

8) Assist in driver training and promote safety culture.

Job Requirement

1) Minimum SPM or equivalent.

2) At least 3 years’ experience in bus/fleet operations.

3) Knowledge of JPJ/LPKP Sarawak and PUSPAKOM regulations.

4) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5) Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).

6) Valid Class D or E driving license.

7) Age: 25–55 years.

8) Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
