1. Coordinate and manage the preparation of the Tender Document.
2. Coordinate and manage the preparation and presentation of the Tender Briefing, including the presentation slides and conduct the presentation during the Tender Briefing (if needed).
3. Coordinate and manage Approval Paper for evaluation criteria and nomination evaluation committee.
4. Coordinate and oversee the entire evaluation process, including checking the Tender Report for the Working Committee.
5. Coordinate and manage pre-tender or internal cost estimate discussions.
6. Ensuring compliance during the preparation of the Tender Document, Tender Evaluation process up until the Approval Paper to Tender Approval Committee.
7. Assist Head of Department / Senior Manager to conduct the Negotiation process (if any)
8. To undertake any other assignment as and when required by the superior.

1. Support the planning and execution of testing and commissioning activities across ART subsystems (rolling stock, signaling, communications, power, track, and station systems).
2. Conduct subsystem and system-level tests to ensure performance, safety, and compliance.
3. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure readiness.
4. Review technical documentation and contribute to system integration and validation.
5. Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on commissioning progress and outcomes.
6. Strong understanding of testing protocols, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
7. Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.

1) Support the implementation of SHET Management Systems in line with ISO standards.
2) Assist in developing and reviewing Temporary Traffic Management (TTM), Traffic Management Plans (TMP), and Traffic Diversion Plans (TDP).
3) Liaise with authorities and stakeholders on traffic-related matters.
4) Monitor and evaluate traffic performance metrics and KPIs.
5) Review consultants’ and contractors’ traffic plans and reports.
6) Participate in audits, inspections, and SHET meetings.
7) Provide input on traffic safety policies and best practices.
8) Support training, awareness, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
9) Ensure compliance with SHE and Anti-Bribery policies.
10) Act as Secretariat for SHET and Crisis Management Committees.
11) Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned from incidents.

Responsible to prepare ART timetable and retrieving ATS-related performance data from the system as well as developing multiple reports required by the management (i.e. Online Operations Daily Event Log) and database for KPI tracking.
